- Design, develop, and manage DevSecOps CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, Groovy, GitLab, Nexus, and others.
- Collaborate with various teams to continuously improve DevSecOps processes and tools.
- Ensure all deliverables meet user acceptance criteria.
- Handle self-directed assignments with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to deadlines and maintain high-quality standards in deliverables.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on automation and tooling for DevSecOps, offering practical, relevant, and objective insights.
- Recommend and apply industry best practices.
- Implement and enforce security practices within automated pipelines.
- Must hold an active DoD Security Clearance at the Secret level or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps.
- At least 3 years of experience working with Azure in DevSecOps environments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application and operating system security.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Lean, Kanban, or Scrumban.
- At least 3 years of experience creating CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, and Helm.
- Proficient in YAML and Groovy.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Groovy, GitLab, Nexus, SonarQube, Fortify, OSCAP, and Anchore.
- Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate security policies, standards, and risk-related concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Certification in cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
- Experience working in DoD Azure environments.
