Azure AI for Financial Services - Hack to Learn is a great concept
I recently attended a Hack to Learn training session conducted by Microsoft Azure Team. Hack to Learn is a great concept, the idea is that you(trainee) just dive into the pool and learn to swim, obviously there are trainers and experts around to guide you , you still have to swim or do it by yourself.
I have learned a great deal about how to use Azure AI services for Call Center Operations.
The training covered 3 core areas 1) Modernize payments, core banking and insurance 2) Differentiated customer experiences 3) Compact financial crime
I believe there are lot of opportunities build AI based solutions in these 3 areas.
