Health Insurance – Now a family would get health insurance and would get insured treatment at government hospitals and private hospitals.
- Well, the pricing of govt. and private has a big difference..
- Who and how would the quality of treatment would be assured?
- What would happen in case of follow up requirements?
- What would be reimbursement model for healthcare providers?
Eligibility Criteria for different stakeholders –
- What would be eligibility criteria to enrol under National Health Protection Mission?
- Would it be the history of person or economical status?
- Would there be any premium amount for protection scheme?
- Would there be any age criteria?
2. How would a private hospital get enrol under the scheme?
- Do they require ISO certification or a discounted price rate chart?
- Do they need to have govt. staff to provide this govt. scheme?
- Do they need to have all health and diagnostic facility or a few would work too?
3. What about third party provider?
- Would there be any role of private clinics or healthcare provider for primary or secondary care?
- What if there is a proposition of reduce the spending on tertiary care, hence low insurance redemption?
Physicians, Nurses, Pharmacist & Pathologist – Role play by them under Ayushman Bharat & would there be any change in remuneration
- How would they get associate in this mission and serve millions
- Could there be more human resource requirement or would the above is sufficient?
- Do they require special training to serve the public better?
We need a good strategy and planning to make this affordable and accessible with the best quality care.
