It is May. In Spain, that means the temperature is going up and that the forecast for the next few months is blue skies. The sun is shining, the birds are singing, the garden is in full bloom. Sometimes you really need to count your blessings.
Ayurveda
That is also the thinking behind Ayurveda. Since Liana (my partner) graduated as a Chopra certified Ayurveda coach, I have been fascinated by this health philosophy. I short, you are what you eat. Your health starts in your gut. Wrote two blogs about it:
I am a huge fan. It is back to the Lindy effect. You should not ignore 5000-year-old wisdom.

Undisruptable
I like to specially mention my friend and colleague in the intrapreneurship project, Aidan McCullen. He wrote a cracking book titled "Undisruptable: A mindset of permanent reinvention". You will find out what Amazon, caterpillars, imaginal discs, the Amara effect, a rugby stadium, Kintsugi, S-curves, infinity, mayfly, Sequoia trees, purpose, queen wasp, Archimedes, magic spells, Rome, Apple, crabs, lobsters, dragons, poison, jellyfish, Fujifilm, Walt Disney, Arnold Swarzenegger, trees, forest fires, coconuts and butterflies have in common. Highly recommended.
Intrapreneurship index
This brings me to the intrapreneurship project. We have developed an index, with 4 levels of intrapreneurship (from formal to strategic) and an assessment tool to determine which level you are at. Depending on the level, we will then give you some tools to move to the next level. Here is the link. It is an MVP, and it is ugly.
