Ayodhya Verdict

My inner sense of justice & morality refuses to accept Ayodhya Judgment! Your lordships say Mosque was desecrated on 22/23 December, 1949; the act of demolition of the mosque was egregious violation of law and must be remedied; it did not believe that the Mosque was built by demolition of any temple but ordered to build Ram Temple on demolition of Mosque by egregious violation of law! Common sense is so uncommon even for Judges of Supreme Court! "Ramlala Virajman (baby idol of Ram)", a purported God is considered the owner of the disputed land of 2.77 acres and it can't be shifted having been purportedly borne there however, another purported God, the Allah may be shifted as per the discretion of Court & the Government anywhere else as he was not purportedly borne there! How do I interpreted this? A Hindu God has a human body who is immortal with extraordinary power to regulate the fate of Hindus on their virtues and deeds which separates it from mortal Hindus! So the Hindu Gods were borne in several incarnation, it can be depicted in idol and as such have a place of their births, they may move from one place to another place and hence the next place where they move become their place of residences! Allah on the other hand having no human body rather it's formless it has no place of birth and residence so may be shifted anywhere or nowhere as per the discretion of a court or Government and if the Government is led by a sanghi criminal like Narendra Modi, the poor Allah itself can be sent to 'Jahannum' (hell)! Sorry guys, that's my interpretation of the order! I have already said that I was expecting this under the current CJI Ranjan Gogoi who turned out to be completely spine less person after that nefarious assault of character assassination by the vile sangh brigade! A shameful order by all means!
