- Cultivate and manage relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions as a relationship manager.

- Lead and oversee branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction as a branch manager.

- Evaluate loan applications, assess creditworthiness, and facilitate loan disbursements as a loan officer.

- Handle day-to-day banking transactions and resolve customer inquiries and issues as an operations executive.

- Provide assistance and support to customers with their banking needs and inquiries as a customer service representative.

- Analyze financial data and assess risk factors to support decision-making processes as a risk analyst.

- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures as a compliance officer.

- Offer technical support and troubleshooting for IT systems and applications as an IT support specialist.

?? Qualifications:

- Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 10 years of experience.

- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.

?? Key Skills:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing and team collaboration roles.

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment for operational roles.
