Imagine this, your Mind is the electricity flowing through the flesh that is your brain.

It is a big misconception that our mind controls our life. That is a big no no. It is our Awareness that truly dictate what we focus our mind on that eventually manifest itself to life.

Lets take a journey inside our mind!


In relation to health, our mind default to habits we have created in the past. These subconscious patterns were placed by you or your surroundings. Whether from your family, friends, school, work, what you watch on TV, what podcast you listen to, who you follow on social media, and etc.

Creating mental images in your mind through visualizations and affirmations help you create a vision that you would like to see in real life. But it takes practice. Visualizing it once or twice is transient and your body knows its not real. The more you focus on it, the more your body starts to believe you.

Eventually your body will transform itself to accommodate your vision unconsciously. You will start seeing connections to your visualizations in real life and you will be surprised constantly.

YOU did the hard work with your awareness to power your visualization.

Awareness is the muscle of your mind that can be conditioned to help you control your inner world -- which then help you create your outer world.

The first step of Habit formation is Willpower.

I can motivate you all day long but at the end of that long day, you will be by yourself with your thoughts. Those thoughts will determine the strength of your conviction.

Weak thoughts will lead to weak Willpower, which in turn will lead you to regress on the progress you have made thus far.

In the beginning, to create any habit requires a tremendous amount of Willpower to set.

Imagine building a house. You must first build the foundation. It is not the most enjoyable process but you know, if you do not, that house will fall.

Same logic applies to your habits. How you nurture it in the beginning will determine how successful you will be.

As you continue to focus on your habit day in and day out. The neural synapses of your nervous system will strengthen and harden.

Everything starts in the Mind and your Awareness is the key to your transformation.
