About the Speaker:

Shri B.K. Shah has done B.Sc. Engg. (Metallurgy) from Regional Institute of Technology (RIT), Jamshedpur and M.Tech. (Corrosion Sc. & Engg.) from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Bombay. He joined BARC in 1973 (17th?batch of BARC Training School) and retired as Head, Quality Assurance Division in 2011. He has been Outstanding Scientist and Raja Ramanna Fellow of the Department of Atomic Energy (DAE)

His field of work: Quality Assurance, Material Characterization and?Metallurgical?failure analysis.
