Join AWARE NI to take?GIANT STEPS?for mental health services here in Northern Ireland!
This?Causeway?Coastal Walk?will bring you along the waymarked paths of the spectacular Causeway Coastline. Be prepared for mind-blowing views of sea cliffs, white sand beaches, crashing waves beneath you, and wildlife before celebrating your accomplishment with a beer (or soft drink) and burger!
All funds raised will go towards supporting local people affected by depression, anxiety and bipolar disorder.

Your target of £50 may seem like a small step, but it's a GIANT leap towards supporting individuals affected by mental ill-health in Northern Ireland. £135 will fund a support group in your local area for a week, meaning If you raise this amount, you could make a real tangible difference in the lives of those we help.

AWARE NI Support Groups
Living with low mood, depression, anxiety, or bipolar can be very isolating.
Our mental health support groups provide an opportunity to meet others going through similar experiences. This peer-led support can help you understand your illness, allow you to speak freely about your feelings and make you realise that you are not alone.
