It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas...
...and for many, that means a mix of emotions that doesn't quite match the festive jingles.
From stress to loneliness, grief to financial pressure, the holiday season often stirs up a mix of not-so-festive feelings which don’t align with the picture-perfect version we see on TV or social media.
We get it.
That's why we’ve put together a special advent calendar packed with affirmations, tips and activities to support you as we navigate this time together.

AWARE's Santa Abseil
We had 120 participants abseil down the Europa, and we can’t believe that almost £40k has been raised, making it one of our most successful fundraising events ever.
We had incredible support from our corporate partners and community fundraisers – the support and spirit they brought to the event was moving and a testament to the desire to create a future where everyone can talk freely about their mental health without stigma and access services appropriate to their needs.
We want to give a special shout-out to our incredible sponsors, volunteers, and partners, without whom the event wouldn’t have been possible.?
