Awards Open now - The UK Employee Experience Awards

If you're looking for an award that will help you to reward your employees, recruit, or retain your employees, then the UK Employee Experience Awards is a great place to start.

These awards are open now and deadline in February. They invite entries from companies who are doing great things with or for their employees.

You can enter as a team, individually, or you can enter for a specific project.

You can even enter in partnership with a client so that you can get recognition together for your employee based projects.

What I really love about these awards, and I've been judging them for years, is that there's two opportunities to really get your story across and for the judges to get to know you.

The first opportunity is within a written award entry.A comprehensive story that allows you to get your whole project across and to really bring to life what you've done in your business, the difference it's made to your employees or to you as a team, or what you've done to implement something new.

After the first stage 50% of your points will get scored on that entry, then the finalists will get an opportunity to present directly to the judges, and that's when us judges can really find out more about your project. You can really bring it to life, you can bring more people to the event to explain how it works or how they've been involved in the project and the impact it has had on them as employees.

We get to know you, we get to know your project, and it's always a really exciting competition in every category. Judging takes place in May 2023.

If you're looking for an award that will really help you to shine a light on the fact that you are a great workplace, or you are a really employee-centric company, or you are designing programs or activities or platforms to really support your employees to grow and develop in the business, then this is a really good award for you.

There's great brands that get involved. There's a fabulous process, and at the end, you get a feedback report, which tells you exactly what your scoring was, as well as the scoring of the contenders in the competition. So you can see where you benchmark, whether you win or not.

So as we say, there's nothing really to lose.

There's everything to learn in these awards, and they can really make a difference to your employees, to your team, and to your employer brand overall.
