Everyone likes external validation. That is no secret. Companies enter contests, competitions, and events to see who will win first place or make the top 10. Annual rankings and “Top 50 Lists” permeate our culture. Everyone likes to be recognized, whether for a job well done or for meeting or exceeding a goal. And at Roadrunner we are no different. It’s thrilling when our shippers recognize us as their outstanding carrier of the year or we receive acknowledgement for being their most improved LTL carrier.
