Universal consciousness is an emotion that has a specific vibrational frequency somewhere between 700 and 1,000 hertz.?Unfortunately, the lower frequency emotions of guilt, shame, grief, pride, fear and anger are where we tend to find ourselves most often.?This is especially true when we are in the midst of an amygdala hijack.?We need to evolve beyond the drama, chaos and conflict that our lower consciousness emotions create.?
