Avoiding suggested "AI" tools

Through this week, while I've tried to share my thoughts, I realized that the AI was giving me worse suggestions than I thought of originally and clouding my judgement. This is when I decided to entirely dump it.
In very rare instances, AI managed to make my inputs better. In almost all cases, I could and would write better (and yes, this is a competition).
I am not Anti-AI or Anti-Tech; I have been building computers from the ground up for myself since I was 14.
The only reason I write this is so that we can collectively get stronger and leverage the best parts of ourselves.
Here's a final thought. All of AI was trained on language models, i.e. those written by humans. So that makes you think, if humans aren't perfect, neither can AI.
You can and will be better, if you only try!
