Avoid THESE Stats Or You'll Destroy Your Email List

If your open rate & click-through rate is too low, then you’ll damage your domain reputation which could put your emails in the spam folder.

But, how low is too low?

Here are those stats:

• Open rate -?if it’s less than 15%-ish then you’re going to start having problems. You’ll be damaging the reputation of your domain which can be hard to fix. You may end up having to buy a new domain altogether.
• Click-through rate -?This can vary massively depending on what you’re promoting and how you’re doing it. But typically, 0.5% should be the minimum.
• Unsubscribe rate -?Needs to be less than 0.5%.
• Spam complaint rate -?You want to keep it under 0.1% or less than 1 in 1000. If it’s higher you need to lower it. Reach out to me if you need my help.
• Bounce rate -?If this is above 2% then you’ve got a problem you need to address. To fix it, run your list through a program such as?www.neverbounce.com?or?www.debounce.com.
