My payroll is still not correct. Here is the reply I received from Paychex. "Paychex has changed how we operate. Those of us who had assigned clients ( I have over 500) have had our schedules removed and are reassigned to take inbound calls only and try to process emails for those 500+ clients in between calls which is nearly impossible as the phone rings nonstop. At this point it is a major adjustment to those of us who have been here for decades and now its completely changed."
