I particularly like this quote "To avoid criticism be nothing and do nothing". I suppose in the world we live, we see quite a lot of individuals who probably are not reaching their potential because they want to get someone's approval. There is also the part where people wait for perfect situations to get things started. I am sure if we go around and ask from our friends, colleagues or community and say, “when will you start their dream project”, often response would be, "I will start when things get better" or "let's wait till this is (whatever it is ) over.”

The key message for today is, don't wait for others approval. Go ahead and execute, take action on your dreams. Too many people are waiting for approvals, and nothing gets done! Believe in yourself and take strategic steps that will get closer to where you want to go! Believe in your potential. Don't let your dreams to be driven by others. Lead and press it with your hand, heart and mind. No one else is going to do it for you. Don't worry about the criticisms. It will come. If it applies to you; take it and adjust and sail with it. If not, let it go. No one was ever liked or received compliments by trying to change the world as a better place. It's the part of the process! Along the way, things will get in order.

One of my mentor and friend, Paul Martinelli, President of the John Maxwell Team often use these words “Trust the Process” and “Hold Your Image”.
