Today, let's talk about something that's incredibly important on your journey to health and fitness: avoiding the comparison game.

It's easy to fall into the trap of sizing yourself up against others. You might see someone effortlessly lifting 200 pounds while you're at 20, and it can make you question your own progress. But here's the deal – they're not you. They haven't walked the same path, started at the same point, or faced your unique challenges.

And here's the kicker: just because they're lifting ten times the weight, it doesn't mean they're ten times more successful than you. Please, don't let the illusion of social media fool you into thinking otherwise.

In my experience, those who make the most noise on social media are often the ones doing the least in real life. So, don't buy into the hype, and certainly don't feel pressured to live up to it.

The golden rule here is simple: be yourself. You're on your own journey, and that's something to celebrate. Your progress, no matter how small it may seem compared to others, is a testament to your dedication and determination.

So, I implore you, never compare yourself to someone else. It's not only unfair to you, but it's also an injustice to your incredible journey. ??
