Avoid These Common Objection Handling Mistakes!

Research shows that only 3% of your audience is actively seeking to buy at any given time. This means you'll need to be as skilled as possible at overcoming objections. Simply put, the better you are at overcoming them, the more money you'll make. I want to share with you two, among many, of the common mistakes to avoid:

(1) Overselling. The best way to combat this is to talk way less and listen way more. We sometimes believe that buyers must know everything about our product to make a purchase. This is false. The best way to sell is to understand your prospect's needs, and the more you are talking, the less you are learning about them.

(2) Falling for the first objection. Objections typically mean 1 of 3 things. (1) I don't know enough about your product/service (2) I don't see the value yet (3) I genuinely don't want this. The key to getting past virtually any objection is to combat it with education.
