Avoid being a "someday entrepreneur": Start building a plan.

Avoid being a "someday entrepreneur": Start building a plan.

I wish I had a dime every time I hear, "I should start my OWN business one day."

I hear it often from people working in jobs they are not overly passionate about and looking for more purpose, and from people who feel a strong tug on their hearts to go fix a problem they see in the world.

But starting a business feels risky: " I don't have enough time," "I have this title/job/income I've worked so hard for," or " I'm not a business person." So they go back to their day-to-day jobs and stay "someday entrepreneurs".

If God has planted a seed of an idea in your heart to solve a problem - you're taking a bigger risk to IGNORE it!

That's why I'm excited that Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community is offering its Nehemiah Business Lifecycle Course AGAIN—for FREE!

The eight-week virtual program is for current or future entrepreneurs who want to learn how to navigate every stage of the business lifecycle. They learn how to build their businesses based on biblical principles. The program is normally $499, but sponsors have provided funding to offer this free so that more people can benefit.

"Someday entrepreneurs" in the DISCOVERY stage can use this as a kickstart to START NOW and build a practical plan for the business idea God has put on their hearts.

REGISTER here to attend the kickoff on May 15 - and get all the recordings and resources!-

Topics include

  • Understanding Business Failures and Prevention Strategies
  • Strategies for Business Success

The program covers practical business ideas based on proven principles that are thousands of years old. They provide detailed checklists about what you'll need to consider at every stage. This is a global community of people striving to live out their Christian faith in the marketplace.

Truth is: I was a "someday entrepreneur" seven years ago. A Nehemiah Entrepreneurship Community program like this helped me go from a traditional corporate job dreaming about "someday" to building a plan for a consulting firm of my own. The ideas forced me to think much more concretely about the problems I wanted to solve, the markets I wanted to serve, the offerings I needed to build, and the operational and business model to sustain it. They challenged me to think about more than profit, but the impact I could have on people, on my community and for eternity. It was a game-changer.

If you ( or a "someday entrepreneur" you share this with!) ) have a dream of starting a business that will make a difference in the world, I hope you will seize this opportunity! ?

REGISTER here and start building YOUR PLAN for your a business of your own.

I look forward to hearing what you think!

Wow, sounds like a great opportunity to learn about the life cycle of creating your own entrepreneurial venture. It is so good for budding entrepreneurs to have some guidance on how to get going and continue building. A recipe for success (no guarantees, I know, but still such a needed guidebook).
