Changes in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Automation | RPA Master?

Gartner just released their Magic Quadrant report for 2023, and there are some notable changes from last year's report. In 2022, UiPath established themselves as the top platform in both Ability to Execute and Completeness of Vision. This year, Microsoft overtook them in the Completeness of Vision Category. Automation Anywhere outdid SS&C Blue Prism in Ability to Execute compared to the previous report, however, both companies are now very close!?

OECD Says AI-Driven Automation Provides Benefits To Employees, But Stokes Fear Too | RPA Today?

OECD has released their annual employment outlook report, the report found that while a large majority of workers reported AI help improving their job performance and mental health, over half of respondents still felt anxiety that their jobs would be automated out of existence in the next decade. It’s important to understand employee sentiment so appropriate change management techniques can be applied to any automation initiative.?

Low code AI with Power Apps and Power Automate | InfoWorld United States?

Microsoft's AI Builder introduces low-code generative AI capabilities to Power Apps and Power Automate. While not new this week, I found this review of Power Automate’s features including their AI stack within Power Apps, generating applications with Copilot, and careful walkthrough was very helpful. Innovation and IT leaders can use it to better understand how the features can be applied in a real-world example. There are also quite a few specific business user applications that are noted in the article.??
