AVIATION KEROSENE JETA-1

Dear Sirs!

We, the undersigned, Company REFINERY PRODUCT LTD, located at 10 General Skobelev Str., fl. 3, Burgas 8000, Bulgaria with the Commercial Register Number UIC/PIC: 204773758 on behalf of the Chief director Mr. Mykhail Arkhipenko, acting with the full corporate and legal responsibility as the Seller, to ready to sell the following commodity:

COMMODITY:AVIATION KEROSENE JETA-1

ORIGIN: RUSSIAN

QUANTITY: 2,000,000 - 5,000,000 bbl per month

CONTRACT PERIOD: 12 months (with an option to extend up to 3 years)

DELIVERYTERMS: FOB Rotterdam

PRICE: The price of Platts European Marketscan minus discount $ 2 for each bbl

TERMS OF PAYMENT: SBLC, PERFOMANCE BOND 2%.

Payment for the lot of the Goods will be made byMT103

INSPECTION: SGS Inspection or equivalent.

Procedure

1. Buyer issues ICPO, company profile and company registration, CIS with Passport, TSAor CPA, BCL and Buyer's bank sends Bank Reference to Seller's bank.

2. The seller issues to the buyer а SPA, the buyer signs and returns the SPAto the Seller.

3. The seller issues to the buyer а commercial invoice (CI), the buyer signs and returns the CI.

4. The seller’s bank sends PPOP to the buyer’s bank.

5. Seller shall submit unconditional Dip Test Authorization (DTA), Authority to Verify (АТV) through authorized Tank Farm Agent in Rotterdam, Tank Storage Receipt (valid for 3 business days), (TSR) Injection Certificate, Certificate of Origin and Authorization to sell and Collect (ATSC) to buyer's management.

6. Buyer shall рауs for SGS and Dip Test services to а nominated SGS office terminal in Rotterdam.

7. Tank Farm Agent submits seller's unconditional Dip Test Authorization (UDTA) and Authority to Verify (АТV) to buyer/authorized representative. Buyer/authorized representative attend at Tank Farmyard with authorized Tank Farm Agent for Survey, SGS and Dip Test conduction. Upon services being carried out, buyer / authorized representative shall receive fresh SGS report within 48 hours and Dip Test results not later than 72 hours.

8. Buyer pays via МТ103 and provides confirmation of payment, СРA/Q88 or TSA/TSR, for lifting the fuel and if any additional days are required for discharge, after buyer accepted Q&Q report.

9. Seller Transfers Title Holder to buyer accompanied with submission of complete set of Full РОР documents.

10. Buyer’s bank issues the SWIFT SBLC MT 760 (12 month).
