AVEX's grand opening of Studio 408

AVEX is pleased to announce the grand opening of Studio 408, a Video Production and Streaming studio. Located next door to the Minneapolis branch office, this studio is a full-service video streaming solution. Perfect for live streaming, broadcasting, pre-recordings, interviews, training, etc... The shooting space is flexible and offers multiple backdrops to shoot against. (LED Video Backdrop, Green Screen, Black Drape, and Brick Wall)

The studio boasts a spacious client work / green room area, where guests can view a live feed of the stage from the comfort of a couch or conference table, a complete kitchen area to prep & store food for a full rehearsal schedule, restrooms, a video editing suite for quick access to creative services, and a virtual streaming room to host virtual-only events that don’t require the use of a stage.

Technology is abundant throughout the space with televisions mounted on the walls for pop up meetings, stage views, etc. Also, the stage / stream audio is integrated in the lobby and client areas, so you never miss an entrance! The heart and soul of the studio is the control room, where multiple high-definition switchers, routers, mixers and computers are all networked and work together to provide a seamless experience. Inside the space, both talent and clients have dedicated stations with preview monitors so you can oversee all technical elements of the event.

Studio 408 also includes a 500 Mbps dedicated Symmetrical Fiber Connection with Emergency Failover to a secondary ISP so you can be confident your stream will look good and stay On-Air. Additionally, all control equipment has battery backup to ensure you’re taken care of in the rare event of a power outage in the area.
