We seek an Avaloq Business Expert to support a critical IT migration project in the banking sector. The role focuses on business processes rather than technical aspects. Responsibilities include:
- Act as a bridge between business units and IT teams during the Avaloq migration.
- Provide business expertise on Avaloq Core Banking functions (e.g., payments, securities, client data).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into Avaloq functionalities.
- Support data mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation activities.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate business processes.
- Identify and address business process gaps during the migration.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure regulatory and compliance alignment.
- Deliver training and documentation to end users.
- Support go-live activities and issue resolution.
- Ensure smooth business continuity post-migration.
Experience with Avaloq and banking business processes is mandatory.
