"Availability and Responsibility"

This morning, I thought of throwing some light on "Availability and Responsibility". Be it any profession, every individual wants to be heard. Let us recall our childhood, our parents were so eager to listen to each and everything we uttered and that gave a great pleasure and comfort. We spent our valuable life being heard. But on a sad note, regret to express that as we grew up the availability of our parents was missing in our life. However, they were responsible at all times for guiding and telling us what we should become, how we should behave, and most importantly to be good "Human Beings".

We lived up to their expectations, and have a good job, family, and everything we desired in our life. Let us sit back for a while and think about these two terms "Availability and Responsibility". Are we available to our parents or keep ourselves busy in our profession? Are we responsible to take care of them when they need us the most?

Dear Readers, let us be more responsible to be available whenever and wherever possible. When we hold key positions let us be available to our employees. So that they would feel free to express themselves and be heard. Through this, we become more responsible at all times.
