• Availability: The importance of being there and being contactable when employers want to speak to you. The importance of being available to go to interviews at times when employers choose. Being in the right place at the right time helps with most things in life and job hunting is no exception .Being there being easy for employers to contact ,and having the capacity to attend interviews as and when required all go long way to ensuring successful outcomes in todays market conditions.
• Accessibility: The importance of making yourself understood to employees so it is clear to them who you are, where you are coming from and what you are seeking to achieve. A prospective employer needs to be able to see who you are, where you are coming from and what you are capable of doing in a very compressed period of time. Accessibility has got a lot to do with the design of your cv.
• Application :The importance of putting all your effort into job hunting and not treating it as something that you pick up when you feel like it and put down again when you are less inclined . One of the big challenges you face on your journey through the job jungle is having the tenacity to keep going and not be put off by any of the difficulties that you encounter. This is partly to do with avoiding discouragement and partly to do with keeping your expectations in line.
• Even if you can learn to live with employers who don't reply to your applications, because of its diversity the modern job market can still be a hostile and unpredictable place. Expect therefore your path to success to be littered with bad interview experiences and brushes with employers who don't seem to know what they're doing. Try to find ways of hardening yourself against the knocks.
