Aperitivo En Jerez

Aperitivo En Jerez

Aperitivo En Jerez, an easy to make cocktail that will smooth the transition from warm days to cold and rainy ones.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Carlos I
  • 10ml Aperol
  • 30ml Red Vermouth ( we recommend Osborne Rojo)

Glass: Lowball

Garnish: lemon slice

Preparation:

In a lowball glass add plenty of ice and pour all the ingredients then stir gently for few seconds. Garnish with a lemon slice and serve!

Imperial Manhattan

Imperial Manhattan

Ingredients:

  • 50 ML of Carlos I
  • 25 ML of red vermouth ( we recommend La Madre Vermouth)
  • a few drops of angostura bitter

Preparation:

Serve all the ingredients in the mixing glass with plenty of ice and chill with the help of an imperial spoon.

Garnish and presentation:

Prepare in a cocktail glass, without ice, and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

Carlos Cooler

Carlos Cooler

Just 2 ingredients and easy to make at home.

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Carlos I
  • 200ml Goldberg Ginger Ale

Glass: Highball Glass

Preparation:

Add plenty of ice in the highball glass, pour 50ml or Carlos I and 200ml of ginger ale and stir gently for few seconds. Serve!
