Autumn Awareness Days Incoming
GetZeN Corporate Wellness
GetZeN provides work wellness programmes that ensure employees are truly understood.
Good Morning,
We are feeling very Autumnal here at GetZeN, and as we approach October we see one of the busiest months for Awareness Days, Weeks and Months. (Scroll down to? the ‘Dates for your diary’ section at the bottom of the newsletter for everything coming up!)
Some, like World Mental Health Day and Black History Month are widely known and publicised, but it’s important to remember that all have a rightful, deserved place and should be acknowledged and thought about when curating events in the workplace.
Have a wonderful Thursday,
Katy, Francesca and Clare
Babyloss Awareness Week?
The 9th - 15th October marks Babyloss Awareness Week. The aim is to bring together anyone that has been touched by pregnancy or baby loss in a supportive and safe space, and to remind them that they are not alone.
By breaking the silence and talking about pregnancy and baby loss, it ensures that every bereaved family gets the support they need.
Programme of the week
Exploring Grief: Personally and professionally in the workplace ?with Darren Cheek explores Kuble Ross’s 5 stage model of Grief.
The aim is to give a shared language of understanding and how to support ourselves and those around us who are experiencing grief. Sharing personal and professional examples, Darren also provides practical strategies and ideas to help support grieving experiences.
