Autonomy in Third World: Benchmark takes Nosedive

When an illiterate person does the crime, he runs. At the most he will argue, he has not done it, till it is proved. Using the loophole in the system is far from his imagination. Finally, he will plea for less guilty. But when an educated person (twisted degree holder) plans to do the wrong. He first understands the system. He understand, legality and morality are different things and he should not give a damn about morality, when benefits out ways the cost.

Every new person in an industry/job looks to their senior as a help but then there are such organizations, takes this as an opportunity. In 2021, a single male faculty was made a girls hostel warden (to show the benefit of co-operation, as he was shocked to see the act of naughty old farts of the institute). Then as planned they made a single young female, boys hostel warden. As usual, interest of many across, I guess. Scale 10 & 11. In this country, a female would have faced the cheap behaviour of few at young age, maybe that only motivates many to study further to be in a better community. Still one has the sense that few cheap will always be there, but no one expects a place full of only these and others no voice, even females can be cheap. Still if all the males (dominating) are pervert, she expects a senior female to be of motherly nature and protect her.

She received an email from a male scholar of the hostel that another person had hit him on the genitals. It was weird and she forwarded the mail to hostel committee in-charge, a senior female faculty. In return she has asked her to go inside the boys hostel to check the matter. She was shocked to see the response. It is the same lady, who holds a key of an active farmhouse in the same village. This was just the beginning I guess, Harassment will be so much that at one point even a male/married female will give up. This is how harassment is done in these autonomous rape centers of India. And this institute always hire candidate on candidates, where a senior female will be continuously mentoring young females and a senior male for young males, who will always be present to twist the matter and present it in a way that others cannot have a doubt in this direction. Then females are easily convinced to not spread the matter. That's it.

I think it was a choice making strategy played by those perverts to choose between their unruly scholars Vs dirty pigs of the brand. Being a village, only one decent residential community (apartment) was known then and had a bus facility. They strategically shifted scholars from free government building to there at high expense. Institute money. Being a village, HRA was pathetic but no such arrangement for faculties in the same place (mostly empty), even on request. In fact, a serious one was discouraged to be there, and always few quarters will be engaged in campus in different names like Mess, guest house, old faculty stuff (even though the whole campus is empty), some female faculty to join after two years, lost all her family, totally destroyed (analogy). They know, with different stages of harassment, some females will give up then provisions will be made for her to shift into one of these quarters as per perverts liking/number. This harassment system is inbuilt into their character now and will reflect in everything they do. Yeah Same Management institute in the UK. But is it that these bunch of sick illiterate perverts have got all the guts by themselves to do all this?

I am not sure for this part but somehow I feel, even that road is a part of this. The kind of support and confidence they are showing, obviously they are seasoned and feels Law of the Land. How is it possible that 60% of a small road is very good and rest 40% leading to new projects of housing is pathetic. I mean yes, at least 100 trucks crosses daily, one school and a petrol pump but this is also a case that atleast three times in two years that road had been repaired, kachha. what it takes to just pour some concrete and make it pakka for next five years. Because indirect route connecting through village is good enough. It is rough in two patches and in-between is fine (pakka) again, as some population live there, How? Institute is on highway, I have seen many trucks breakdown, as it is repaired with vertical bricks, when have you seen vertical bricks used in road, even in repair, even bad road has uniformity but it was unique. Even in interior of village, road is bitumen (good). If you come from other side, you will see good bitumen road but from the institute, it is concrete, same as inside, and I have also seen other side of road being repaired twice in that period. It only indicate, they are so obsessed by their lust of autonomy that besides wasting huge amount of money to trouble society as a hole, they don't give a damn about their students or visitors. On multiple occasions, they tried to use road as strategy, like village people are looting in that route, people dying daily. I use to feel, government is planning big there (shifting bus stand or office) and don’t want property prices to go high. If it is not like this then Autonomy has done its work. It has established a network at lower level to run the institute which includes local politician and authorities, and director is just a changing puppet (strategically selected for shallowness and psychopathic ability, check the deed of previous one). Institute is being run by north goons at management level, who are more permanent and lives at comparatively poor society on other side of the road. On multiple occasions director has spurt this sentence that, I have talked to politician and it will be done in 2 months. If stakeholders wants, can talk to them individually and make out. Because their desperation reveals, they have few goose in hand, which they have accumulated by taking high risk and a system in place for all the further goose and they just want to sideline those, who can be trouble to their goose plan. They don’t have to do anything with academic activity like knowledge, high research, intellectualism, quality... . Brand will give everything and they just have to strategically select brand people to compensate them in their expertise, Put them on board to block others, then they will give their unconditional support to them.

Then there are people who argue that nothing is illegal, yeah all these are smartness even for them (hath ka safai), and I wish same for your children/scholars. Those Scholars who are introverted and work independently to achieve whatever or those who are struggling in research, these places will exploit your weakness. It is not that you will apply, they will select you for destruction then you will land up there. So Better safe than sorry. A new normal has started with Others support. Never forget why you left your high paying job and came to academia, what you will leave for society at the end, a Dirt or a Work.
