1 年Rich LeBrun - Your point about making decisions big and small in your own business is a good one. There is no longer gatekeeping or the need to run decisions of a certain size or about certain topics "up the pole." Leaders who've been making many decisions for years can now apply that experience and have the freedom to own all the leadership decisions and have them align with their vision and values. There are always others around if they want input - e.g., coaches, which is my specialty. As entrepreneurs step into this freedom, their confidence will grow. They will enjoy the newfound freedom.
