Numa secures $32MM Series B to power the AI-Native auto dealership
- Numa, the AI platform transforming auto dealerships, completed a $32MM Series B funding round, led by Touring Capital and Mitsui
- This Series B round also involved participation from existing investors including Costanoa Ventures, Threshold, Google's AI-focused venture fund, and Gradient Ventures
- The company will use the new funding to expand its AI engineering team, accelerate product development, and continue its mission to power the AI-native dealership and revolutionize the retail dealership experience

WarrCloud raises $20MM in Series B funding
- WarrCloud, the automotive industry’s leading automated warranty processing platform, has raised $20MM in Series B funds, led by Centana Growth Partners
- The Series B round also includes participation from returning investors Argentum and Automotive Ventures
- The company will use the funds to accelerate investments in AI technology that further enhances warranty claims automation and strengthens customer success capabilities
- “We’ve generated significant interest from automotive dealers and dealer groups since creating our category and introducing the ability to automate the warranty claims process,” said Jim Roche, Founder and CEO, WarrCloud. “Our ability to deliver on such a unique value proposition has translated to significant support from the investment community, most notably closing this current up round in a down market. With the support of all our investors, we will maintain our growth trajectory and continue to invest in our hyper-growth”
BizzyCar closes on $15MM in growth funding
- BizzyCar, a platform designed to increase service revenue by automating recalls, has closed on a $15MM funding round, led by Dealer Tire with participation from existing investors Avenue Growth Partners and Cequel III
- This investment will be used to accelerate growth and scale its artificial intelligence-driven platform to meet increasing demand from dealerships in the U.S. and Canada
- “This latest funding round is a critical step in our growth journey,” CEO Ryan Maher said. “This capital will enable us to accelerate our efforts in building the next generation of automated service platforms, reaching more dealers and driving innovation across the auto industry”
Gubagoo launches AI enhancement to its ChatSmart tool
- Gubagoo, a provider of digital retailing and conversational commerce for auto dealerships, has launched Guba IQ, the latest enhancement of its ChatSmart tool
- The AI-powered Guba IQ was built in-house using OpenAI tools and is fully trained based on the automotive data from Gubagoo and its parent company, Reynolds and Reynolds. Guba IQ is designed to answer car feature and comparison questions, using machine learning to help keep customers engaged in dealer chats and create a showroom-like sales experience
- “Guba IQ provides more accurate and informative responses to detailed customer questions than ever before,” Gubagoo President Brad Title said in a news release. “This human-like interaction asks better questions and gets better answers, leading to higher customer retention, by delivering seamless and personalized interactions that drive deals forward and elevate the customer experience”
