Automotive discussion at IPC APEX 20

Automotive discussion at IPC APEX 20

Do you care about Automotive standards?

Do you plan to attend the IPC-APEX Expo this year? Do you produce, use or have a general interest in Printed Boards for Automotive Electronics?

If yes, then make sure to attend the open task group meeting on Tuesday the 4th of February 3:15-5PM in room 25A.

The first hot topic to be discussed is Metal Core Printed Boards.

These boards are widely used in car light systems, but have no standard to guide designers, manufacturers and users. We will talk about materials, qualifications, performance and acceptability.

Our goal is to organize that jungle of uncertainties and create a standard for Metal Core Printed Boards that works for the Automotive Industry.

But, to do that we need YOU to join the discussion and bring your needs to the table.

This is the first of 4 good reasons to join the discussion! Stay tuned tomorrow for the 2nd good reason to attend this meeting :)

If you are hindered from traveling, we will stream the meeting and allow online discussion.
