Automation – Why?

Welcome back to my series of blog posts, thank you for taking the time to read this, and I promise to keep it short and sweet! The first step if you can recall was standardization and the need thereof. The second phase in my 3-step process is automation and how we can focus on strategic initiatives by automating tasks.
