Before you begin to automate your?tech hiring process, it’s important to define the problem. The first step in this process is to ask yourself:
“Why do I want to automate my hiring?”
If your answer is anything other than
“because it will make me more money,”
then you should probably stop reading and go back to watching cat videos on YouTube.
The next step is setting goals for yourself that are ambitious but realistic–if you can’t see yourself achieving them within three months, then maybe they’re not actually achievable at all!?
For example, if a candidate comes across as intelligent and capable during an interview but doesn’t seem like someone who would fit into our company culture or work well with our current employees (and vice versa), it may be helpful for us both if we talk more before moving forward with any offer negotiations or offers themselves;?
