The goal of AI is to deliver high-value services to customers, such as AI chatbots, AI healthcare tools, autonomous vehicles, and more. To achieve this, AI must meet key performance indicators like a strong SLA (Service Level Agreement) and low MTTR (Mean Time to Recovery), which are essential for maintaining service quality. Behind these services lies the infrastructure. Therefore, having a stable and efficient infrastructure is critical for maintaining high standards and ensuring optimal performance.
If the infrastructure isn’t stable or efficient, AI performance can be compromised, leading to crashes or delays, which negatively impact the customer experience.
By automating the infrastructure—such as updating LLM (Large Language Models) to ensure they are running on the latest version, automating the provisioning of GPU resources to instances for AI applications for AI workloads, patching instances to maintain security and compliance, continuously monitoring resources to optimize performance, applying security hardening measures to protect against vulnerabilities, managing failover processes to ensure high availability, and synchronizing data across systems for consistency—you ensure that AI operates efficiently, stably, and securely, while minimizing risks of downtime, data loss, and performance degradation.
