Automation Engineers - Oil and Gas - Zurich - Control Panel Design - 12 month contract
My client is looking for 1-2 new Automation Engineers for a long-term contract based in Zurich, Switzerland.
You will initially only need to spend around 2 days per week in the office, but down the line when lockdown measures ease it would be preferred if you can spend more time there.
The expected start date is the last week of February, however there is flexibility here.
Key Skills:
- Electronic or Mechatronic background
- Oil and Gas project experience with ATEX knowledge
- Experience designing control panels
- Good schematic knowledge
- PLC Experience - PCS7/Allen Bradley and WinCC for HMI are preferred, but only having experience with one of these would be acceptable
- COMOS experience for P&IDs would be preferred
My client deal with ATEX, explosion protection and functional safety for large Oil and Gas projects.
You will be leading the design of subcontractor teams, reviewing results and creating documentation. You will determine which hardware is best to use
You will attend FAT meetings and support commissioning down the line (from the office)
