The reason it’s important to take payments online, (and yes, the payment processors do take some of your money), is because when people decide to buy, they’re in that emotional decision space. If you have to wait and send an invoice, they’ve lost their emotion, they’ve lost their impetus, they’ve lost their reason to buy, and you will potentially lose a sale. I’m not saying you definitely will, but it’s harder – it’s harder for them to remember why they were going to do it. We like everything really quickly nowadays. If I had to then go through a system and go through lots of questionnaires, I’m going to be losing myself…I don’t have time for it.?
We want everything yesterday – we want it easily
So you need to put the time into systemising all of this to make it really easy for your end user. It should be?I love it, I want it, I get it, I buy it, I receive it.?It should be a very quick process to you.?

I tell you the biggest change for me is Calendly. I’ve been told by every coach that I shouldn’t be doing my own diary organising. Calendly has brought me sales. I’ve got people wanting to book calls with me and work with me – they were just literally waiting. So they didn’t have to actually have a call with me to book a call. I know it sounds silly but they didn’t have to have a conversation to book a call. It’s been a massive game-changer for me…massive. It’s joyful. I just click into my calendar to see who I’m working with at the times I’ve allocated and it’s a nice surprise to see what we’ll be talking about.?
Anybody who has been through my calendar system knows it’s easy. You just go and see when it’s available, you book it and voila…you get confirmation on the link and we’re all happy. I wish I’d done it years ago!?
What automation do you wish you’d set up previously or what do you know you need to set up?
