More and more companies are adopting a tough policy on return-to-office mandates.?

Starting in May, Dell employees who work fully remotely will no longer be eligible for promotions, marking a significant shift from Dell's previous support for remote work. This policy change also requires remote workers who wish to advance their careers to transition to a hybrid work model, coming into the office at least three times a week.

We did a survey in our Linkedln community, and it seems that mostly people would be unhappy about going back to the office (66%) and only 11% of respondents would like the idea.

Some ways the manufacturing industry can benefit from automation. ??

In manufacturing, automation is increasingly present and is not just limited to robots on assembly lines. Here are some of the main processes that can be automated:

1) Decision automation: The entire process of product development, source management and reporting can be automated, integrating external data and delivering automated decision flows.

2) Quality assurance and machine monitoring: Using AI, quality assurance can be improved by identifying defects in real time on assembly lines.

3) Price cycle management: Automation can optimise price adjustment processes based on market changes and customer data analysis.

4) Improve productivity and quality: Integrating modern sensors and robots enables data collection and analysis to optimise production and improve product quality.

5) Standardize processes: Automation can standardize processes and make data more accessible for decision-making, which helps reduce inefficiencies and product defects.
