Why?
In large organisations, MS Teams is often the source of truth in terms of open/active events. It's how efforts are coordinated, and how outcomes are communicated and recorded.
Knowing when activity is occurring in a certain place means your team(s) and colleagues can be kept updated without them needing to constantly check - or, worse, be told by others.
