Automating Operations Is Continuous

Automating Operations Is Continuous

I think most of us would agree in the phrase "there's a better way."

But, do we really believe that there's always a better way?

I find that this word can be the big difference between hitting our head on the table in frustration (insert your favorite gif here) over our processes and the short amount of patience it takes to search for or ask another established founder or family business owner for a recommendation concerning what they do to automate an aspect of their operations.

In a recent podcast episode of The Fractional Executive Podcast with Ryan Kauth , Jon Bassford, JD, MBA, CAE of Lateral Solutions put it this way:

Again, the simple difference between "there is" and "there is always" can move you from frustration and stagnation to soaring.

Oh, and if this works for you...imagine what it could do to move your team and organization forward!

What little word or simple thought has helped change your perspective? Drop your comments below.
