My recommendation is to start exploring this on a platform like Google Sheets. Add all the data points you have and use Google App Script to build your first health score. The health score can be a number between 1 - 100 or categorized as red, yellow, or green. Once you've established this, you can then move to a larger BI tool like Tableau or Power BI for more advanced analysis and visualization.
The beauty of using AI like ChatGPT in this process is its ability to process large amounts of data and identify patterns that might be missed by human analysis. It can also continuously learn and adapt its recommendations as more data is fed into it, ensuring that your health score model remains accurate and relevant.
Moreover, AI can automate the process of calculating health scores, saving valuable time and resources. It can also trigger alerts when a customer's health score drops below a certain threshold, allowing your customer success team to proactively address issues and prevent churn.
In conclusion, automating customer success touch points using no-code solutions and AI can not only make the process more efficient but also more personal.
