Automatic Pipe Coiler - Speed 80m/min

The coiling machine is located at the end of the pipe production line. Plastic particles are extruded, smoulded, cooled, and haul off to become the finished plastic pipes with specified specifications. The coiling machine is to neatly roll the finished pipes, making the coil in a regular, uniform, and winding state, which is convenient for subsequent storage and transportation.

1. Used for automatic coiling and bundling of PA, PE, and PE-RT pipes.
2. Equipped with automatic pipe arrangement, cutting, reel-changing, bundling, unloading, and online weighing device, the all-in-one design greatly saves the space.
3. Through digital programming, the pipe arrangement, coiling, and reel-changing are driven by separate servo motor.
4. Reel-changing, cutting and clamping are completed synchronously, avoiding time wasted for cashing, rewinding and possible misoperation.
5. The integrated design of the conveyor rail and reel to minimize the failure rate.
6. In actual production, , the speed of semi-automatic coiling machines probably will not exceed 40 m/min (considering the labor intensity of operators), if equipped with the fully automatic coiler, the speed can reach up to 80 m/min. (The speed of smaller diameter pipe coiler can up to 120 m/min)
7. Fully automatic coiler makes it possible that an operator can take in charge of several machines at the same time, fewer operators needed and reduce technical difficulties.
