The intelligent continuous casting steel pouring platform subsystem developed by a domestic company - the robot automatically disassembles and assembles the cylinder, has been in stable operation for 17 days, and the delivery training has been completed in 10 days, and is independently operated by on-site operators. It has been used a total of 222 times with a success rate of 99.54%, which is highly recognized by Longgang customers. Now, as long as the operator clicks the "Automatic Disassembly and Assembly of Cylinder" button on the main console of the operating room, the manipulator can autonomously disassemble and assemble the skateboard cylinder.

Before the system went online, Longgang had been using manual disassembly and assembly. However, manual operation was labor-intensive and the surface temperature of the ladle was high, making it easy for safety accidents such as burns and bruises to occur. The automatic disassembly and assembly of the ladle cylinder is an important sub-project first developed in the domestic intelligent continuous casting steel pouring platform project. The robot automatically disassembles and assembles the cylinder using the spatial positioning technology of multi-laser + vision system. After the positioning is completed, the manipulator receives the signal and starts to grab the cylinder. Carry out installation and disassembly work, and complete the installation of large cooling air pipes at the same time. The success rate of automatic disassembly and assembly of oil cylinders by the robot can reach more than 99%. The use of robots to automatically disassemble and assemble oil cylinders has improved the intelligence level of steel companies and solved the problems of poor working environment, high labor intensity, frequent safety accidents, and high labor costs of steel companies.
