Automatic casting ball production line

It is designed for the manufacture of wear-resistant grinding media balls and adopts iron mold coated sand casting. It consists of the following parts: running orbit, bottom type pouring machine or hand-push type pouring ladle, hydraulic drive, electrical control equipment, mold opening and closing equipment, tipping arrangement, core shooter, sand core inspection machine, metal mold, elevator, etc. 

Its production capacity (8 hours/day) is over 5,000 tons/year and the working system is 330 working days/year. If it works continuously (24 hours/day), the production capacity is ≥10,000 tons/year.

It not only realizes the automation of transportation, modeling, etc., but also achieves the real-time monitoring for the molding line, which ensured the stable and reliable running of the system and realize the integrated control for control systems of instrument, electricity and automation. The LCD touch screen installed on the line makes the human-machine interface simpler to operate, and can modify technique parameters easily and conveniently according to the production needs, and even can visually display the working state of all sensors on the line (belonging to domestic initiation).
