Garmo Instruments?
Garmo turned over the first rule for industrial production. Instead of producing for the design, they designed for the production. That’s the only way to get ideas in harmony with reality.?
Our new innovative weld-seam tracking laser sensor, created with exclusive software, offers unique possibilities in terms of design, strength and technology with the aim of improving operability, reducing defects and increasing performance in welding processes.? We offer three different models: one for industrial {R)obots, one for UR {C}obots and one for {PLC) controls for custom robots such as Cartesians.
Paxiom?
Futura is pleased to announce its new partnership with Paxiom, a major manufacturing consortium of packaging machines.? Futura is now able to provide support for multiple packaging applications including horizontal and vertical form, fill and seal machines, pouch filling and sealing, flow wrapping, labeling, cartoning, case erecting, case packing, case taping and robot palletizing.
In addition, we have many of our partner companies exhibit at the show in their own exhibits including:
Acieta - Booth #1603
Futura Automation partners with Acieta on their standard robot and cobot cells for CNC and press brake machine tending, and welding
Apera - Booth #2639
Apera 3D bin picking is an alternative solution for part feeding and selection, complementing our Flexfactory line of flex feeders.? Apera is special because they guarantee their 3D vision results and are committed to build a very large dbase of part data so that they can solve almost any part identification problem for part picking or placement.
Brooks Automation - Booth #2807
Brooks Automation acquired Precise Automation in 2021.? Precise was developed by the founders of Adept Robotics and utilizes many of the same design concepts.? Brooks designs and manufactures a range of SCARA and cylindrical cobots which are used in medical and pharma lab environments as well as in manufacturing
Fanuc Robotics - Booth #3232
Market leader Fanuc Robotics builds a wide range of robots and cobots for all industrial and many commercial applications.??Come see the latest from the market leader in industrial robots and cobots, Fanuc America.
Glide-Line - Booth #2223
We are highlighting the new Roller Chain Conveyor with Dynamic Traction Control from Glide-Line. With our signature innovative edge, this completely configurable roller chain conveyor gives you precise and dynamic control over the physics of the pallet carrying rollers. For the first time, you have the option to control traction, resulting in much faster acceleration speeds from stop locations, with a built-in, actuating accelerator and customizable positioning that even allows for field repositioning. This conveyor is inherently reversible and comes with optional, industry-leading hardware jam prevention guards to reduce breakdown and maintenance issues. And of course, the product comes with Glide-Line expected design flexibility to deliver solutions that meet your very specific needs.?

Macron Dynamics - Booth #2432
Macron Dynamics continues to be the most innovative linear actuator and Cartesian robot manufacturer in the world.? We are willing and able to provide the exact design which optimizes the customer experience.? Let us discuss your requirements and see how we can help you with the Cartesian robot design of your dreams.
Piab / Joulin - Booth #2014
One of our very first product lines at Futura Automation was Joulin.? We elected to represent Joulin because of its superior capabilities for gripping heavy and / or difficult to grip surfaces.? With the acquisition of Joulin by Piab about two years ago, the product line has only improve.? They are now combined with Kenos, another line of foam grippers by Piab
Pleora Technologies? - Booth #118
Pleora is best known for its frame grabbers.? But Pleora has moved into AI software to solve difficult machine vision problems with quality analysis of parts that are not identical every time.??
QC Conveyors? - Booth #5000
QC Conveyor is F-A’s source for belt conveyors for automation.? For more than 35 years, QC has been focused on one thing: providing customers with reliable, easy-to-use conveyor systems that meet needs, then backing them with world class service and support. QC Conveyors offers the quality, reliable product you’re seeking
Reer Safety NA - Booth #4149
Reer Safety has one of the broadest selections of safety light curtains, non-contact safety switches and safety controllers / PLCs in the market.??
Robot System Products (RSP) - Booth #3540
RSP, based in Vasteras, Sweden, is a designer and manufacturer of robot tool quick changers and robot cable dress kits.? What sets RSP’s tool changers apart from the competition? One big thing is the bus signal transmission technology on our top-of-the-line tool changers in the Moduflex series.
By incorporating Anybus technology into our robotic tool changers, we can offer a product that provides the best bus signal transmission available. This means that the tool changers can communicate effectively with other devices in the production line, such as robots, controllers, and sensors. The result is a more efficient and reliable automation process that can help companies improve productivity and reduce costs.
Weintek - Booth #6705
Weintek is not limited to the conventional HMI architecture: LCD + Touch Panel + Mother Board + Software, 10 years ago, Weintek introduced the CloudHMI cMT Series. Since the introduction of Tablets, the tablet PC has become more than a consumer product, and has gradually been deployed into industrial applications. The CloudHMI cMT Series perfectly integrates HMI and tablet PC. adding Codesys PLC control and a powerful “All-In-One” machine control solution
Wenglor / Sensoric / TPL Vision - Booth #623
Wenglor is an automation controls company based in Tettnang, Germany.? F-A represents the TPL Vision lighting group of Wenglor.? Illumination is a crucial component in the 2D machine vision illumination and code reading industry. It is the key to having robust and well-contrasted pictures for image processing. Machine vision lighting is constructed of LEDs, optics and diffusers. It can come in several housings and sizes to suit a variety of applications and environments, such as illuminating large fields of view or shiny surfaces.? We are introducing the new modular LED light, Tiny M-TBAR, at the Automate Show this year.
