Automate, Delegate or forget about it

If you started a business because you wanted more freedom and better lifestyle and improve your financial situation and some of these didn't happen, then continue reading. 

After meeting one of my mentor and lots of reading, observation and experience on this subject of automation, delegation. 

If you can't automate, delegate then it's time to forget about that business and find something that you can. Or you will be a slave for the rest of you life unfortunately. 

Scaling a business is name of replication. If you can't replicate, then for god sake forget about it. 

Anything that requires your personal time for a long period of time will pull you down and that will show up in your health and your biz bottom line. 

Focus on business which you are passionate about but at the same time can be automated. Your focus from day one needs to be automation. Your strategies need to be inclined towards automation and delegation. 

Everything that you do, you must start to create a blueprint so it can be taught to the next employee/contractor. 

It must be thought out well before hand on how you will automate, delegate but still keep control of the business. 

In this technological advanced world, it's never been more easier to automate most businesses. 

Delegation is still a bit tougher as you would need to find the right person and then train them to do your job. 

But if you plan ahead and plan well, it's always possible to automate and delegate.
