Autofutura (AF) is proud to announce that we will be hosting our inaugural Asia Pacific Auto Finance Retention Roundtable at The Ritz Carlton Singapore on Friday 13th July 2018.

AF look forward to welcoming colleagues both old and new from key markets across the region to discuss and refine how captive financiers are adapting their strategies to confront the challenges of emerging technologies, and how the growing presence of online resources have transformed how consumers engage when looking to acquire and fund vehicles.

For the industry, this digital transformation has extended across all traditional customer touch-points and is at considerable pace radically changing the shape of how customers engage as well as the role of the traditional dealership. Auto financiers are cognisant of these facts and are considering carefully their thinking in this space to deploy digital programs that promote long-term customer relationships and structure marketing outreach / in-reach to engage and interact with a digitally-savvy generation of consumers throughout the loan lifecycle.
