I have always joined the Autism Affinity Groups in places I have worked. It was great to have parents to connect with, share information and ask questions.

Tip: Invite the Autism or Neurodiversity Affinity Group to speak to your team. You will learn what initiatives they have addressing gaps for Autism families. Your team can also partner with the group to amplify the message throughout the organization.
