For many years I have been mentoring people inside and outside of organizations I've worked in.?I had always wanted to write about my experiences and results, and I finally decided to take last Spring/Summer off work to write it.

I have always created positive change, and a book was a good way of reaching many people!

I simply wrote in my study.?When I found myself blocked I would go for a ride on my bike to clear my head.

My biggest challenge was arriving at the title of the book..... it was originally going to be called "How to be a leader that doesn't suck".. but on reflection, it wasn't the whole picture of the book. I overcame the challenge by brainstorming with a couple of friends, and it just clicked.
