This includes the story being told to the target audience.
Unfortunately, most of the time people only pick the good side of their stories and ignore the bad.
Successful personal brands are built based on both the good and the ugly.
The audience finds a way to resonate with the brand in relation to their own experiences.
It is what builds brand loyalty to ensure that the brand continues to prosper and expand its wings.
Authenticity calls for personal brands to be built based on nothing but the truth.
It is all about calling a spade a spade without sugar-coating it.
Saying it exactly as it is is what will make the brand stand the test of time.
When a brand is built based on polishing lies, it is only a matter of time before the brand collapses and nobody should wish this for their brands.

When we are authentic in building our brands. We get to attract our own tribe.
A team of people who can stand with us for the longest without us having to question their loyalty to us.
They get to chose us for who we are and not succumbing to the pressures the rest of the world puts.
The other side of the coin reads that no person is perfect no matter how much experience they have in any field.
It calls for the strong need to balance both struggles and flourishing sides of their story.
The bad side of the story showcases what to be avoided leading to the mistakes the audience wants to avoid.
Our personal brand needs authenticity a dime a dozen.
When we fail to be authentic, it is like stealing from our own accounts and this is detrimental to our growth.
This is like shooting yourself on the foot.
